3. Decide what numbers you are going to play. Play all hot numbers or all cold numbers or a combination of the two groups.

4. Use a wheeling system or an advanced number generator to create your plays.

5. Experiment with the past winning numbers on paper first. To see how many winning tickets those numbers may produce from say 5 or 10 drawings.

 This will tell you if playing past winning numbers is worth your time.
